Many dancers today face increasing choreographic and physical demands on their bodies which require greater stamina, strength, cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. This class is specifically designed to allocate time out with the normal ballet class to focus on these aspects which are supplementary to dance but nevertheless very important to a successful dance career.

So if you looking to improve your ballet technique whilst strengthening and toning your body or are looking to improve your flexibility, this is the class for you.

This 30 minute class is a useful supplementary exercise programme focusing on; conditioning, strengthening, cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance, technique and flexibility.  The classes will differ from week to week providing a varied and comprehensive conditioning programme to assist the student’s dance training.
